THis was my first experiemnce with Tech Ed and it was both exciting and overwhelming. They days began between 7:00 am and 8:00 am and ended between 1:00 am and 2:00 am. And trying to juggling the schedule so you could be in more than one place at the same time was defiantly a challenge.
One of the favorite areas of Tech Ed were the Cabanas, where the "Meet the Technologists" sessions. took place. You could meet and interact with staff and speakers, Microsoft employees, and other attendees with similar interests. And if you didn't mind frostbite, The Cabanas were also a great location for socializing.
We spent some time in the Cabanas talking about the future with Reed Rinn from Motion Computing. The new Motion Bluetooth Keyboard

I'm sorry I missed this one.
Beach Bar After a long day and an even longer evening you could head to the Beach bar on the roof of the W Hotel where the floor is covered in heated sand ( Yes heated! ) and unwind before calling it a night. It’s got beach chairs, cabanas for rent and a heated fire-pit to keep you warm in winter
The hottest and hardest ticket to get at Tech Ed was for the The Rumble In the Jungle....

Tech Ed 2004 Attendee Party at Sea World
Thursday night Tech Ed attendees partied the night away with Shamu and Fireworks Sea World. Where attendees could eat in their choice of restaurants, drink endlessly and and roam the park without crowds. And we could ride the rides, interact with the animals, meet with the animal experts, and enjoy the private Shamu "Douse the House" show, The Sea Lion and Otter Fools With Tools, the Dolphin Discovery, and Haunted Lighthouse shows. There was so much food and drink that the people from the bakery were hawking there goods and handing out deserts outside the bakery!
