Major "Wow" Factor - Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 Tablet PC
Some things don't change and many months later I can tell you that I am just as enamored and impressed with the Fujitsu T2010 Tablet Pc as the day I got it. Giving up my favorite go anywhere machine isn't an easy thing to do.
With so may Tablet PCs available today what makes the T2010 such a standout? Because living in sunny Southern California and having friends and clients living beach side with homes dominated by plate glass windows, the Fujitsu T2010 with its amazing outdoor viewable screen is a life saver.
If a meeting suddenly gets moved poolside, slope side or in a room with solid walls of glass I can still see what I'm doing. I can still do a demo and I don't risk being embarrassed when I try to demo a machine that can not be seen in bright light.
The Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 Tablet PC has the best indoor - outdoor display I have ever seen on a Tablet PC. You can clearly see the T2010 screen even in very bright sun. Adding to the accolades for this screen is that fact that there is no loss of brightness or clarity indoors, so you don't have to compromise indoor quality to get outdoor visibility! The display is nothing short of amazing and my photographs simply don't do it justice.
The photo below was taken with full sun shining on the screen

While I never tested this with the max battery setting I can tell you that I've used The Fujitsu T2010 all day without plugging in and without running out of battery power.

There are five intuitive and easy-to-use buttons that enable you to launch applications or easily navigate within them. With one-touch launch buttons you can easily rotate your screen orientation or scroll up and down within an application document. Each of these buttons also has a secondary function, and two of the secondary functions are user-programmable which means you can assign your most commonly used applications to those buttons for quick and easy access. Not only is the hardware user-friendly and intuitive, but the Fujitsu-designed software utility bundle is, too. Thunders Storm is always fond of the Fujitsu Tablet PCs
This machine is built to meet the needs those who work indoors and out and are always on the go. It would be a great Tablet PC for students at Pepperdine Malibu or any other university where students are known to study on the beach and on outdoor decks.
For the Past few seasons the The Hollywood Bowl sound system has been controlled with a first gen Fujitsu 4121 Tablet PC - I'm sure they would love to have seen this one but set up for the 2008 season doesn't start until next week.
Everything about the T2010 feels strong and sturdy, including the bi-directional hinge that allows users to turn the screen to the right or the left to share the screen with people on either side of them.
The Fujitsu's T2010 Tablet PC that I had here was running Windows Vista Business and Microsoft® Office OneNote® 2007 is pre installed. Six pre configured base options and the ability to customize five of them to suit individual needs makes it easy for everyone to order their new Fujitsu Tablet PC with the options and extras best suited to their needs.
